This project has started as a humble system seeking to explain the fight between the heart and mind and resulted in collection of methods explaining how to control emotions and influence behavior. This system explains why people feel stuck and explains how to get rid of bad habits, or effortlessly learn the habits you need.

PETER ĎURO
Is a graduate from CityUniversity of Seattle, analyst, and coach with 16+ years of research and expertise in redirecting emotions towards desired behavior. He is an author of Behavio-Emotional Calibration model and founder of the Congress of BEC, which have been created to help people achieve career growth up to head managerial roles in psychiatry and law (among others), as well as resolution of individual conditions such as anxiety, addiction, depression, or procrastination. His expertise manifested as a completely different approach to psychotherapy, based on understanding and practical hands-on coaching.
The congress of BEC
The congress is a community that specializes in understanding human behavior, emotions, their patterns, and ways to redirect them. Since emotions are the base for manipulation, motivation, diseases of civilization, stress, anxiety etc., stimulating change through them is a perfectly valid alternative to psychotherapy or medication (since medication often addresses symptoms rather than the cause of problem).
